1. Air-drying bamboo material: select tall and slender bamboo, cut off the tips of branches and leaves, cut bamboo sections, and transport them to the material yard. After washing the bamboo slices with water and removing the sediment and impurities, the bamboo is transported to the stacking yard and naturally air-dried for 3 months to remove the excess water.
2. Six screening: The air-dried raw materials are unloaded and washed several times with water to completely remove impurities such as sediment, dust, bamboo skin, etc., and cut into bamboo slices in accordance with the specifications, and then enter the silo through six screening for spare parts.
3. High-temperature cooking: remove lignin and non-fiber components, bamboo chips from the silo into the pre-steamer cooking, and then into the high-strength screw extruder strong extrusion pressure, and then into the second section of the pre-steamer cooking, and finally into the 20-meter-high vertical steamer for formal high-temperature and high-pressure replacement cooking. And then put into the pulp tower heat preservation cooking treatment.
4. Physical pulping into paper: Tissue paper adopts the whole physical method of pulping, the production process is harmless to the human body, and the finished product has no harmful chemical residues, healthy and safe. Natural gas is used instead of traditional fuel to avoid smoke and dust pollution of the air. Remove the bleaching process, retain the original color of plant fiber, reduce production water consumption, avoid the discharge of bleaching sewage, protect the environment.
Finally, the original color pulp is pressed, dried, and then slit into corresponding specifications, then used for packaging, transportation sales and use.
