Q1. Are you a factory or a trading company? We are a leading professional manufacturer who specialize in producing all kinds of tissue products, such as toilet roll paper, tissue paper, facial tissues, pocket tissue, hand towels, and napkin paper, both in jumbo roll and finished products.
Q2. How should I process the order? Please provide us the specification such as paper napkin's dimension, quantity, material, package requirements and design artwork. According to your request, we will be able to quote in detail.
Q3. Is it possible to custom the packing with my own design? Yes, this online shop is mainly accpeting orders with OEM requirements. Send us your artworks, and then you can get what you want.
Q4. What's the production lead time? For the OEM orders, the lead time is 18-28 working days after the artwork confirmed. If you have urgent request, please just let us know. We will try our best to shorten the lead time to meet your requirements.
Q5. How can I release the payment to you? We prefer online order after negotiation. For the payment, we prefer 50% deposit in advance and 50% balance before shipment by bank transfer.
Q6. May I visit your factory and also production line, discuss details? Anytime from Monday to Friday is welcomed to visit the factory.
